These Terms of Use govern your use of the W2Gee mobile application and related services provided by Quantum Information Consulting, LLC ("W2Gee," "we," "us," or "our").
By using W2Gee, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of W2Gee
W2Gee is a recordkeeping application designed to help users organize information related to W-2G casino jackpot activity, casino records, reports, statistics, and related tax recordkeeping.
W2Gee does not operate a casino, facilitate gambling or wagering, accept bets, hold gambling funds, process gambling deposits or withdrawals, or determine gambling outcomes.
3. Eligibility and Accounts

W2Gee may assist with organizing information, but users remain responsible for confirming records before relying on them for tax, accounting, legal, or other purposes.

W-2G records may contain sensitive personal, financial, or taxpayer information.
Users should take reasonable precautions when entering, viewing, exporting, transmitting, or storing such information and should not provide account credentials or sensitive information to unauthorized persons.
6. No Tax, Legal, Accounting, or Financial Advice
W2Gee is a recordkeeping tool and does not provide tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice.
W2Gee does not determine whether a particular transaction is taxable, calculate your final tax liability, prepare or file tax returns, or replace advice from a qualified professional.
You should consult an appropriate tax, legal, accounting, or financial professional regarding your individual circumstances.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use W2Gee to:
- violate applicable laws or regulations;
- access another person's account without authorization;
- interfere with the operation or security of the service;
- attempt to circumvent security or access controls;
- submit malicious code or intentionally harmful content;
- misrepresent your identity or records.
8. Purchases and Subscriptions
If W2Gee offers paid features, purchases, or subscriptions through Apple, those transactions may also be governed by Apple's payment, subscription, and refund terms.
Pricing and available features may change over time, subject to applicable law and platform requirements.
9. Intellectual Property
W2Gee, including its software, branding, design, graphics, documentation, and related content, is owned by or licensed to Quantum Information Consulting, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of W2Gee or its intellectual property to users.
10. Third-Party Services
W2Gee may interact with third-party platforms, infrastructure, or services.
Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. W2Gee is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
11. Availability and Changes
We may modify, maintain, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for operational, security, legal, product, or technical reasons.
We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available without interruption or error.
12. Suspension or Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, security, legal compliance, or the integrity of W2Gee.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, W2Gee is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
We do not warrant that W2Gee will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every user's tax, legal, accounting, or financial circumstances.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Quantum Information Consulting, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use W2Gee.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to Quantum Information Consulting, LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
16. Apple's Terms
If you obtain W2Gee through the Apple App Store, your use of the application may also be subject to Apple's applicable terms, including Apple's standard end-user license agreement where applicable.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as W2Gee, applicable law, or platform requirements change.
The effective date displayed above will be updated when revised Terms are published.
